Kyle F. Bartol has been with the firm since 1998.
Mr. Bartol has concentrated his practice in the area of domestic relations law and equitable remedies. He has participated in several high net worth and complex equitable distribution and valuation cases at both the trial and appellate levels. He routinely negotiates and litigates issues of equitable distribution, tracing of assets, spousal support, child custody and visitation, child support and adoption. He is also experienced in all juvenile court matters. He was selected by his peers and through independent research for inclusion in the
Virginia Rising Stars Lawyers for both 2007 and 2008. He has also served as the attorney mentor for the Centerville High School Fairfax County Model Judiciary Team for 2007 and 2008.
Mr. Bartol received a B.A. in History and English from James Madison University in 1995. He earned his J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law in 1998 where he served as a member of the Civil Rights Law Journal.
